We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was convenient, as it was close to the tram stations, making it easy for us to explore the city center. The service provided was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all exceeding our expectations. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival and the amenities available for our furry friends. The rooms were well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The shower was strong and easy to use. The location was great, with tram stations nearby for easy transportation into the city center. The breakfast had a nice variety of bread rolls, croissants, and beverages, but the cheese selection was lacking. The scrambled eggs were unique, like a Spanish tortilla, but there were no fried eggs available. The boiled eggs were cooked for too long, 10 minutes seemed excessive. overall it was a wonderful experience.

The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including fresh bread rolls, croissants, and a range of beverages. the friendly and helpful staff ensure excellent service throughout your stay.
There were some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the towels, as one was found to be dirty and still provided for use.
